Керуючись п. 4.1 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та згідно п. 6.4.4 Договору №93 від 21.07.2017р. погоджено зменшення ціни (суми) договору №93 від 21.07.2017р. на 4,02 грн. з ПДВ (чотири гривні 02 копійки) та викласти п. 3.1 Договору у наступній редакції: «3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 1 998 995,98 грн. (один мільйон дев’ятсот дев’яносто вісім тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто п’ять гривень 98 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ: 130 775,44 грн. (сто тридцять тисяч сімсот сімдесят п’ять гривень 44 копійки)».
