Note:
Сторони уклали цю додаткову угоду згідно п. 1, п. 4 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) від 19.09.2019 № 114-IX про наступне:
1. Викласти п. 2.1 Договору у новій редакції: «Ціна договору складає 187 005,00 грн. (сто вісімдесят сім тисяч п’ять грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ.»
2. Викласти п. 3.1 Договору у новій редакції: «Строк поставки товару – до 22.11.2021».
3. Викласти п. 3.2 Договору у новій редакції: «Обсяг поставки товару – 1065 штук».
4. Викласти Додаток № 1 до Договору про закупівлю «Специфікація» у новій редакції (додається).
