На підставі п.8 ч. 5 та ч.6 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди збільшити суму Договору на 145800,00 грн. (сто сорок п"ять тисяч вісімсот гривень 00 коп.) , що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році.
