1. У зв’язку із проходженням проектно-кошторисної документації експертизи по об’єкту та відповідно до п.п. 5.1, 5.3, 5.4, п.11.4, п. 15.1 Договору Сторони погодились продовжити строк виконання робіт та строк дії Договору і викласти п. 11.1. Договору та Додаток № 1 «Календарний план виконання робіт» до Договору в новій редакції.
«11.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його укладання і діє до 30.04.2026 року, але в будь-якому випадку по повного виконання Сторонами взятих на себе зобов’язань.
2. Керуючись статтею 48 Бюджетного кодексу України та на підставі п. 4.4 Договору, Замовником зменшуються бюджетні зобов'язання щодо оплати обсягів робіт на суму: 359 377,26 грн (Триста п’ятдесят дев’ять тисяч триста сімдесят сім гривень 26 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ – 59 896,21 грн., згідно з постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 07.03.2025 № 251 (зі змінами)), відповідно до плану використання бюджетних коштів на 2025 рік (зі змінами) по бюджетній програмі КПКВК 3111370.
