Керуючись Законом України "Про ринок електричної енергії" від 29.12.2019, п.7ч.4ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", чинним господарським та цивільним законодавством, Постановою НКРЕКП № 1329 від 11.07.2020 р., та умовами договору, у зв’язку зі зміною регульованих цін (тарифів) на послугу з передачі електричної енергії Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару на 0,08483 грн. (без ПДВ) та викласти п.1 Комерційної пропозиції в частині ціна за 1 кВт/год в наступній редакції: "Ціна за 1 кВт/год електричної енергії 2-го класу за цим договором становить 1,906896 грн. (одна грн. 906896 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ. Тариф застосовується з 01.08.2020 року."

Сума виконання та оплати за договором № 2 від 09.01.2020 року становить 352 757,55 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ. Обсяг виконання за договором № 2 від 09.01.2020 року становить 191 214,00 кВт/год.
