У зв’язку з відсутністю затверджених асигнувань на ІІ півріччя 2021 року, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору:
1. Пункт 2.2. викласти в новій редакції: Загальна вартість цього Договору становить 87 035,00 без ПДВ (вісімдесят сім тисяч тридцять п’ять гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ.
2. Пункт 2.2.1. виключити з даного Договору.
3. Пункт 3.10.1 викласти в новій редакції: Обсяг закупівлі товару даним договором становить 6695 кілограм.
4. Пункт 3.10.2. виключити з даного Договору
5. Внести зміни до Специфікації, яка наведена в Додатку №1 до Договору та викласти в новій редакції.
6. Інші умови Договору та Додатків до нього, не зазначені у даній Додатковій угоді, залишаються без змін.
