(уточнюється проектом)" пункту 16 "Потужність або характеристика об`єкта виробнича програма" додатку № 1 "Технічне завдання на надання послуг з технічного обліку та паспортизації автомобільних доріг загального користування місцевого значення Коростенського району" виключити; в п. 15 "Вказівки про необхідність розроблення окремих проектних рішень в декількох варіантах" додатку № 1 "Технічне завдання на надання послуг з технічного обліку та паспортизації автомобільних доріг загального користування місцевого значення Коростенського району" виправити описку замість "наказ Державної служби автомобільних доріг України від 19.07.2006 року № 284" вважати вірним "СОУ 42.1-37641918-038:2016 затвердженого наказом Державної служби автомобільних доріг України від 12.02.2016 року № 38".

Пункт 15.1. розділу 15 «Термін дії Договору» викласти в новій редакції: «п.15.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє до 30.06.2022 року або до передачі паспорту Замовнику, а у випадку невиконання Сторонами зобов’язань, передбачених Договором – діє до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань». 3. Додаток № 2 «Календарний план надання послуг» викласти у новій редакції, що додається.

У тексті Договору №56/21/ПР від 17.11.2021 р. дату "30.06.2022" замінити датою "31.12.2022" у всіх випадках. 2. Відповідно до ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України Сторони дійти згоди, що умови даної додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли на підставі Договору №56/21/ПР від 17.11.2021 р. з 30.06.2022. 3. Додаток №2 "Календарний план надання послуг" викласти у новій редакції, що додається.
