Сторони дійшли згоди про наступне: Ціна договору становить 2151500,00 грн. При цьому, фінансування 2019 року – 2035862,00 грн. фінансування 2020 року – 115638,00 грн. П.5.1. Договору викласти в редакції: Підрядник зобов’язується розпочати роботи за Договором протягом 3 днів з моменту отримання на свій розрахунковий рахунок авансу згідно п.4.1 Договору і завершити виконання робіт до 20.12.2020 року. При цьому, в межах кошторисних призначень замовника: 2019р-виконати до 20.12.2019, 2020р-виконати до 20.12.2020р. П.11.2а викласти в новій редакції: закінчення терміну дії договору 31.12.2020. Внести зміни в п.14.1 Договору: Додаток 1 Графік виконання робіт викладено в новій редакції

Згідно п.4 ч.4 ст. 36 ЗУ Про Публічні закупівлі Сторони дійшли згоди про наступне: п. 3.1 Договору викласти у редакції: Ціна Договору становить 2150500,00 грн. з ПДВ. При цьому: фінансування 2019 року – 1312303,61 грн, фінансування 2020 року – 839196,39 грн. Додаток №4 «Графік виконання робіт» викладено в новій редакції. Банківські реквізити підрядника викладено в новій редакції.
