У звязку з тим, що на ринку вийшло нове покоління процесорів INTEL Core™ i3 10105 (BX8070110105) 3.7 GHz замість INTEL Core™ i3 10100 (BX8070110100) 3.6GHz, керуючись пунктом 3
частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» з метою покращення якості предмета закупівлі за умови, що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору, зробити додаткову угоду до договору № 65/2021 від 12.08.2021, викласти специфікацію в новій редакції та просимо продовжити чинність діючого Договору № 65/2021 від 12.08.2021 та
перенести строк поставки до 08.10.2021.
