Продовжити строк виконання зобов'язань щодо передання Товару у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об'єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, а саме:
виконання зобов'язань по строку поставки до 30 травня 2018 року (протягом 20 робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки Замовника) неможливо з причини підписання договору від 04 травня 2018 року на підставі звернення Постачальника від 30.05.2018 за №145-05, у зв'язку з затримкою постачання повної комплектації складових матеріалів Постачальнику на підставі звернення Постачальника від 04.06.2018 за №235-06 щодо перенесення терміну постачання та внести зміни в п. 5.1 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«5.1 Строк поставки Товару: до 20 червня 2018 року».
