Сторони, керуючись нормами Бюджетного кодексу України, п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 3.3 Договору № 84 від 10.05.2021 року (далі - Договір), а також згодою Сторін, уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне:
