1. Сума за додатковою угодою, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної в початковому договорі складає 83 440,00 грн. Вісімдесят три тисячі чотириста сорок гривен 00 копійок) без ПДВ, що складає 560,00 куб. м. Сума тимчасових лімітних призначень на січень - лютий 2021 року складає 83440,00 грн. без ПДВ.
2. Викласти пункт ХІІІ. Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити сторін Договору в наступній редакції.
3. Ця угода набуває чинності з 01.01.2021 року (ст.631 ЦК України) і діє до повного виконання зобов’язань Сторонами.
