Внесення змін до договору: згідно положень пунктів 1,2 частини 5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», з урахуванням дистанційного періоду роботи закладів освіти Южноукраїнської міської територіальної громади, сезонного коливання ринкових цін протягом літнього періоду постачання товару, завершенням періоду придбання продукції врожаю 2021 року, сезонність врожаю 2022 року та у зв’язку з надходженням листа-повідомлення постачальника ФОП Цомін О.О. від 22.08.2022 року (вхідний управління від 23.08.2022 №1551), інформації Державної служби статистики про середні споживчі ціни на товари ( послуги) по Миколаївській області у 2022 році, оприлюдненої на офіційному сайті щодо коливання ціни на овочі (відсоток коливання більш ніж 111%) у 2022 році, у зв’язку з надзвичайними, невідворотними та об’єктивними обставинами для замовника, що підтверджені листом Торгово-промислової палати України від 28.02.2022 №2024/02.0-7.1,а саме військовою агресією Російської Федерації проти України, що стало підставою введення воєнного стану зменшено ціну договору на 27660,32 грн. Також, на виконання рішень сесій Южноукраїнської міської ради змінено типи та перейменовано заклади загальної середньої освіти та викладено п.2.2. у новій редакції
