У відповідності до пункту 2 ч. 4 статті 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” п. 3.1 розділу ІІІ договору про закупівлю електричної енергії викласти в наступній редакції:
«Ціна договору на період з «01» січня 2019 р. по «31» грудня 2019 р., згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування становить 191751,80 грн. (сто дев'яносто одна тисяча сімсот п'ятдесят одна грн. 80 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ 20%- 31958,63 гривень.»
2. Сторони дійшли згоди п. 3.3 розділу ІІІ договору про закупівлю електричної енергії доповнити словами: “На 01 липня 2019 р. вартість 1 кВт*год становить 2,97792 грн. (з урахуванням ПДВ).” (Далі – за текстом)
