На підставі Листа від 07.12.2021 року вих. №2151 від Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «ТРАНСМЕДТЕХНІКА» виникла необхідність внести зміни до Договору №2021/72-о від 06.12.2021 року, укладеного між Державним підприємством «Укрмедпроектбуд» та Товариством з обмеженою відповідальністю «ТРАНСМЕДТЕХНІКА».
Так, вищевказаним листом постачальник повідомляє наступне: «ТОВ «ТРАНСМЕДТЕХНІКА» просить Вас надати в грудні 2021 року авансування за Договором № 2021/72-о від 06.12.2021 року в розмірі 100% від вартості Договору, що складає 463 898,50 гривень (чотириста шістдесят три тисячі вісімсот дев’яносто вісім гривень 50 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ (7%) – 30 348,50 гривень, та продовжити строк поставки (термін) поставки (передачі) Товарів за вказаним Договором: до 28.02.2022 року в зв’язку з затримкою завершення довготривалого циклу виробництва у виробника обладнання, що виникла внаслідок наявної глобальної світової кризи у виробництві та постачанні напівпровідникових електронних компонентів, які є суттєвими та незамінними частинами обладнання, що готується до постачання.»
