Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", а також відповідно до пункту 7.2 Договору № 80/51 від 04.03.2019р., в зв'язку з необхідністю проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, сума договору складає 1811831,71 грн. (один мільйон вісімсот одинадцять тисяч вісімсот тридцять одна гривня 74 копійки), в тому числі за рахунок коштів 2019 року 1514309,74 грн. (один мільйон п'ятсот чотирнадцять тисяч триста дев'ять гривень 74 копійки), за рахунок коштів 2020 року 297522,00 грн. (двісті дев'яносто сім тисяч п'ятсот двадцять дві гривні 00 копійок).
