Загальна вартість всього обсягу поставки складає 276733.08 грн, в тому числі ПДВ 46122.18 грн. 3. Внести зміни до Додаток 1 до договору про постачання електричної енергії тп викласти його в редакції, що додається. 4. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов'язання"

Керуючись п. 2. ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», відповідно до наявного коливання на ринку електричної енергії, Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору. У разі зміни договору зобов’язання сторін змінюються відповідно до змінених умов щодо предмета, місця, строків виконання тощо. У зв’язку із застосуванням п. 1 цієї Додаткової угоди Сторони домовились викласти п. 5.1. Договору у наступній редакції: «Загальна вартість всього обсягу поставки складає: 212 871,60 грн. з ПДВ, ПДВ – 35 478,60 грн. Ціна за спожиту електричну електроенергію з 18.11.2021 року, за 1 кВт/год, без урахування тарифів на її розподіл, становить 3,005821 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ, у тому числі: -ціна електричної енергії – 2,210921 грн.; -тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії – 0,29393 грн.; -податок на додану вартість у розмірі 20% до ціни електричної енергії – 0,500970 грн.»
