Сторони дійшли згоди, керуючись п.5 ч.2 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", змінити ціну за одиницю Товару без збільшення суми Договору та внести зміни до пункту 3.1 розділу ІІІ Договору постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів №79 від 03.07.2020 року:
1. Викласти пункт 3.1. розділу ІІІ. Договору в наступній редакції:
"3.1. Ціна 1 тис.куб.метрів газу без урахування податку на додану вартість становить 1678,25 гривень, крім того компенсація вартості послуги доступу до потужності становить 136,57 гривень.
Ціна 1 тис.куб.метрів природного газу з урахуванням компенсації вартості послуги доступу до потужності складає 1814,82 гривень.
Податок на додану вартість становить 362,96 гривень.
Всього ціна газу за 1 тис.куб. становить 2177,78 гривень.
