Сторони уклали Додаткову угоду №1 про продовження строку дії договору на виконання проектних робіт від 14.04.2020 №4Е-270220/ЮЄГ та домовились про таке: 1. Пункт 3.1. розділу 3 "ПОРЯДОК ПРИЙМАННЯ І ЗДАЧІ РОБІТ" викласти в такій редакції: "По завершенню виконання Робіт в термін визначений цим Договором Виконавець передає Замовнику розроблену проектно-кошторисну документацію української мовою в 3-х примірниках до 31.03.2021". 2. Пункт 8.1. "ЗАКЛЮЧНІ ПОЛОЖЕННЯ" викласти в такій редакції: "8.1. Цей Договір вступає в юридичну силу з моменту його підписання і діє до 30.06.2021 р., але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань, які виникли у зв'язку з підписанням даного Договору.".
