Керуючись Законом України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна»(зі змінами, внесеними згідно із Законами) Сторони дійшли згоди:
1. Додати до пункту 6.1.4 та пункту 6.3.9. розділу 6 Договору і викласти з наступним змістом:
Умови передачі у користування приміщення харчоблоку, комор із технологічним обладнанням та кухонним інвентарем буде додатково узгоджено сторонами додатковою угодою відповідно до рішення розпорядника майна після його оприлюднення. У випадку недосягнення сторонами згоди - за ст. 188 ГК України, Замовник має право розірвати договір у односторонньому порядку після офіційного повідомлення про це Виконавця за 10 днів.

У зв’язку зі зменшенням річних кошторисних призначень, Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на 108 251,00 грн (сто всім тисяч двісті п’ятдесят одна гривня) і загальна сума Договору буде становити 1 991 546,00 грн (один мільйон дев’ятсот дев’яносто одна тисяча п’ятсот сорок шість грн 00 коп), та внести зміни до додатку №1 Договору «Специфікація».
Всі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
