Постачальник зобов’язується поставити товар в порядку та за ціною, визначеною в Договорі № 46 від 09.03.2021 р. в період з 04.01.2022 по 31.03.2022 року.
2. Загальна сума вартості Договору № 46 від 09.03.2021 р. на момент підписання даної угоди з усіма змінами становить 3 474 707,34 (три мільйони чотириста сімдесят чотири тисячі сімсот сім) грн. 34 коп. (з ПДВ). Відповідно до затверджених видатків на 2022 рік 20 відсотків від загальної суми договору складає 727 920,00 (сімсот двадцять сім тисяч дев’ятсот двадцять) грн. 00 коп. (З ПДВ).
3. Кількість/обсяг товарів з урахуванням змін 28000 кг.
