Note:
1. В зв’язку з підвищенням цін на вугілля кам’яне марки ДГ на ринку та на підставі довідки №В-543 від 03.07.2018 р., яка видана Кіровоградською РТПП, Замовник і Постачальник за взаємною згодою сторін вирішили збільшити ціну за одиницю товару на вугілля кам’яне марки ДГ на 0,31 грн. без ПДВ, при цьому зменшивши обсяги закупівлі по Договору про закупівлю товарів від 23.04.2018р. за №41/04 на 7185,5 кг.
2. Пункт 1.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «1.2. Найменування товару: згідно специфікації до Договору (додаток №1).
Кількість товарів: 83021,5 кг. згідно специфікації до Договору (додаток №1).»
3. Додатки 1 та 2 до Договору Пункт 3.1. Договору про закупівлю товарів від 23.04.2018р. за №41/04 викласти в новій редакції.
