Керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди № 3 від 23.12.2021р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому Договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
2. Сума виконання договору, укладеного в попередньому році становить
138 173,30 грн (Сто тридцять вісім тисяч сто сімдесят три грн. 30коп. ) без ПДВ. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 27 255,20грн ( двадцять сім тисяч двісті п’ятдесят п’ять грн. 20 коп.) без ПДВ. згідно специфікації (Додаток 1).
