Note:
1. Керуючись вимогам пункту 1 частини 19 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 (із змінами), підпунктом 1 пункту 12.4 Договору № 1 від 06 січня 2025 року (далі - Договір), Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму договору з урахуванням фактичних обсягів видатків замовника на 20 000,00 грн. (двадцять тисяч грн. 00 коп.), внести зміни до Додатку 1 до Договору – «Специфікація» та викласти пункт 3.2 Договору в новій редакції.
«3.2. Ціна Договору складає 40 204,00 грн. (сорок тисяч двісті чотири грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ.»
2. В зв’язку з необхідністю продовження терміну договору сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору та викласти п.6.3. в наступній редакції:
"Строк (термін) поставки Товару: до 31.05.2025р."
