У зв'язку з реєстрацією Виконавця як платника податку на додану вартість (надалі ПДВ) на підставі ст.181 Податкового кодексу України, що зумовило зміну ставки податку, в зв'язку з внесенням змін до капітальних видатків та переліку об'єктів, видатки на які у 2018 році будуть проводитися за рахунок коштів бюджету розвитку (Додаткова угода №4 від 13.07.2018).
