Відповідно до документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, а саме листа Департаменту фінансів, економіки та інвестицій СМР «Про фінансування видатків спеціального та загального фонду бюджету Сумської міської ОТГ» щодо недопущення утворення кредиторської заборгованості головними розпорядниками бюджетних коштів та службової записки начальниці структурного підрозділу, щодо відсутності фінансування по даному об"єкту, виникла необхідність внесення змін до договору № 170-б в частині продовження строку дії договору до 31.12.2021 р. у зв’язку із затримкою фінансування витрат замовника за умови, що таке продовження не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
