Сторони, керуючись п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», за взаємною згодою, домовились внести зміни у п.7.2. розділу 7. «Ціна газу та Послуг із замовлення (бронювання) потужності» Договору в частині загальної вартості Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції:
«7.2 Загальна вартість даного Договору складає 36299 грн. 79 коп. (Тридцять шість тисяч двісті дев’яносто дев’ять грн. 79 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ – 6049 грн. 96 коп. (шість тисяч сорок дев’ять грн. 96 коп.).»
2. Сторони, за взаємною згодою, домовилися зменшити суму за Договором на 105917 грн. 61 коп. (сто п’ять тисяч дев’ятсот сімнадцять грн. 61 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ – 17652 грн. 93 коп..
3. Сторони, керуючись п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», домовились внести зміни до пункту 3.1. розділу 3 «Кількість та якість газу» в частині обсягів природного газу та викласти його в наступній редакції: «Загальний об’єм постачання природного газу у 2021 році за Договором складає 4,626 (тис.куб.м.):
