У зв’язку з необхідністю повного та належного виконання зобов’язань за Підрядним договором, з метою покращення якості предмета закупівлі, враховуючи, що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, керуючись пунктом 4.9. Підрядного договору, ЗАМОВНИК надає ПІДРЯДНИКУ аванс на придбання будівельних матеріалів у розмірі 30% вартості річного обсягу робіт, що складає 1 819 126,00 грн (один мільйон вісімсот дев’ятнадцять тисяч сто двадцять шість гривень 00 коп.). Сторонами погоджено продовження строку дії договору до 31.12.2021 року та виконання зобов’язань щодо виконання робіт до 30.06.2022 року, але до повного виконання Сторонами взятих зобов’язань.
