Цей договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання Договору та діє до 31 грудня 2017 року, умови цього Договору застосовуються сторонами до правовідносин, що виникли з 01 січня 2017 року, згідно п.3 ст.631 ЦК України, але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов'язань, передбачених цим Договором та чинним законодавством України.
