1. Сторони, керуючись п.10.3. та п.11.2. Договору № 1/12 на постачання товару від 22.01.2020 року дійшли взаємної згоди про розірвання Договору № 1/12 від 22.01. 2020 року та припинити за ним зобов’язання без відшкодування збитків. 2. В зв’язку із розірванням договору №1/12 від 22.01.2020р.,Сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди зменшити суму договору на 354045,64грн. (триста п’ятдесять чотири тисячі сорок п’ять грн.64коп) та внести зміни до п.3.1»Ціна договору «та викласти в наступній редакції: 3. Ціна договору становить – 95938,86грн.(дев’яносто п’ять тисяч дев’ятсот тридцять вісім грн.86 коп). 4. Під час підписання даної Додаткової угоди, Сторони не мають одна до одної жодних претензій. 5. З моменту набрання чинності цією Угодою зобов’язання Сторін, що виникли з Договору , припиняються і Сторони не вважають себе пов’язаними будь- якими правами і обов’язками, що виникли із Договором.
