Керуючись пунктом 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктами 7.2.1., цього Договору, у зв’язку з відсутністю відповідного фінансування Замовника, Сторони погодились зменшити обсяги закупівлі, з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника. Сторони погодились, що на момент закінчення строку дії Договору не мають взаємних претензій щодо умов та виконання цього Договору, та у Сторін відсутні невиконані зобов’язання за цим Договором.
