Теплопостачальна організація повинна поставити Споживачу теплову енергію у кількості 1606 Гкал по тарифу 3398,82 грн. за 1 Гкал на загальну суму 5 458 504,92 грн. (п’ять мільйонів чотириста п’ятдесят вісім тисяч п’ятсот чотири грн. 92 коп.), з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми 27292524,60 грн. (двадцять сім мільйонів двісті дев’яносто дві тисячі п’ятсот двадцять чотири грн. 60 коп.), з ПДВ зазначеної у договорі.
