Під час підготовки інформації для розміщення договору на закупівлю Фруктових та овочевих соків (Фруктові соки) за кодом CPV за ДК 021:2015 - 15320000-7: Фруктові та овочеві соки від 07.02.2022 року було виявлено технічну (механічну, формальну) помилку, допущену при публікації договору про закупівлю № 3 від 07 лютого 2022 року (додаток 1), а саме на електронний майданчик було завантажено помилкову сканкопію договору та здійснено технічну помилку при внесенні номеру договору під час внесення інформації щодо номеру договору на електронному майданчику.
На сьогоднішній день немає технічної можливості виправити цю помилку в опублікованому договорі неможливо. З метою не порушення законодавства в сфері закупівель, пропоную опублікувати цей протокол про виправлення технічної помилки, привівши у відповідність номер договору та оприлюднити в якості додатку до цього протоколу вірну сканкопію підписаного договору.
