Відповідно до умов Договору №6123000ВЦ від 14.01.2021 р. та ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі",зміна ціни за одиницю електричної енергії може відбуватися до 10%, пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі про закупівлю.
Згідно з даними офіційного сайту ДП "Оператор ринку ("https://www.oree.com.ua/index.php/graphs trading/month_rdn_main) з січня по серпень 2021 р, ціна на електроенергію стрімко зросла, що підтверджується довідкою Львівської торгово-промислової палати від 17.08.2021 р №19-09/707, яка встановлює факт коливання ціни на ринку в сторону зростання на 45,44%.

Ціна на електроенергію зросла, що підтверджується довідкою Львівської торгово-промислової палати від 25.10.2021 р №19-09/996,
