Керуючись вимогами п. 4 ч. 4 ст. 36, Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» і Договору № 62 від 22.02.2017 року, сторони дійшли взаємної згоди, щодо продовження строку дії договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо передавання товару, за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі. Сторони домовились щодо внесення змін до пункту 6.3.1 зазначеного вище договору: Забезпечити поставку Товару та надати відповідним чином оформлені документи, у строки, встановлені даним Договором, а саме: лютий - грудень 2017 року.

Керуючись вимогами п. 2 ч. 4 ст. 36, Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» і Договору № 62 від 22.02.2017 року, сторони дійшли взаємної згоди, щодо зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умов, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі. Сторони домовились щодо внесення змін до пункту п. 3.2. зазначеного вище договору: Ціна за одиницю Товару: відпуск Товару здійснюється за роздрібними цінами встановленими Учасником на день виписки рахунку, вартість Товару за 1 літр, Бензину марки А-92 не повинна перевищувати акцептованої ціни, а саме – 23 грн. 00 коп. у тому числі ПДВ.
