В зв’язку із виробничою необхідністю, пункт 5.3 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «5.3. Загальна сума розрахунків за цим Договором становить 32 994,16 грн. (тридцять дві тисячі дев’ятсот дев’яносто чотири гривні 16 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 5499,03 грн. за весь строк дії Договору».Пункт 5.4 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:«5.4. Загальний обсяг споживання електричної енергії Замовником за цим Договором становить 8889 кВт•год.»Відповідно, Додаток №2 до Договору «Договірні обсяги споживання електричної енергії» викласти в новій редакції, що додається.Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання представниками Сторін. Сторони, керуючись ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України, домовились, що всі умови цієї Додаткової угоди розповсюджують свою дію на відносини, які виникли між сторонами з 01 березня 2021 року.Всі інші умови Договору, не змінені цією Додатковою угодою, залишаються чинними у попередній редакції і Сторони підтверджують їх обов’язковість для себе.
