відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015року №922-VIII ( в редакції, що діяла на момент укладання договору) та п.11.4 розділу XI "Внесення змін до договору" договору №43 від 13.04.2020 року, продовжити термін дії договору №43 від 13.04.2020року на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі укладеному в попередньому році,якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку
