На підставі Закону України "Про ринок електричної енергії" та Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії, затверджених постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг, від 14 березня 2018 року N 312 сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору відповідно пункту 1 частини 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме: «зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника» та внести зміни у Додаток № 2 «Обсяги постачання електричної енергії споживачу» і викладення його у новій редакції.

Ціна додаткової угоди складає 899,76 грн. з ПДВ.
