Постачальник та Покупець за домовленістю сторін, керуючись пунктом 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами та доповненнями), в зв’язку із зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника домовились зменшити загальну вартість Договору на 157,40 (Сто п`ятдесят сiм гривень 40 копiйок) грн без ПДВ та викласти пункт 5.1. Розділу 5 у наступній редакції: «Загальна вартість договору становить 27 717,55 грн (Двадцять сiм тисяч сiмсот сiмнадцять гривень 55 копiйок) без ПДВ».
