Note:
1. Пункт 2.1. Договору викласти у новій редакції:
«2.1. Строк виконання Робіт, визначений цим Договором наступний:
Початок робіт – з моменту укладення Договору.
Закінчення робіт – 01 квітня 2024 р.».
2. Пункт 3.2 Договору доповнити наступним змістом:
«Боргові зобов’язання в 2024 році виникають лише у разі наявності та в межах бюджетних асигнувань, затверджених кошторисом.»
3. Пункт 3.4 Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«Роботи» за цим Договором фінансуються за рахунок коштів бюджету міста Києва на 2024 рік та у відповідності до Постанови КМУ від 22.07.2022 № 831.»
4. Пункт 12.3. Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«12.3. Даний Договір набирає чинності з дати підписання його Сторонами та діє до 31 грудня 2024 року, але у будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань».
3. Викласти в новій редакції Додаток №1 до Договору «Календарний графік виконання робіт».
