Сторони домовились у зв’язку із фінансуванням робіт , яке здійснюється за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету на 2018 рік відповідно до узгодженого Сторонами плану фінансування будівництва зменшити загальну суму Договору 1 770 818,54 грн. на та внести зміни і викласти його у наступній редакції:
1.1 Відповідно п.35. договору № 03-08-01 від 03 серпня 2017 року та ч.1 ст.23 Бюджетного кодексу України, платіжні зобов’язання Замовника виникають у разі наявності бюджетного призначення та у межах бюджетних асигнувань. Сторони домовились у зв’язку з фінансуванням робіт, яке здійснюється за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету на 2018 рік, відповідно до узгодженого Сторонами плану фінансування будівництва ( Додаток №3) і складає 561 808, 56 грн. ( П’ятсот шістдесят одна тисяча вісімсот вісім грн. п’ятдесят шість коп..)у т.ч.ПДВ 20%-93 634,76 грн.
1.2 Внести зміни у Додаток 3 до Договору №03-08-01 від 03 серпня 2017року та затвердити у новій редакції. Внести зміни у Додаток 2 та затвердити у новій редакції.
ІІ. Згідно ч.2 п.67 Договору №03-08-01 від 03 серпня 2017 року продовжити строк дії Договору №03-08-01 від 03 серпня 2017 року до 31.12.2019року.
