Договору та відповідно до ч.5 статті 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIIІ «Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку» Сторони домовились внести зміни до п.п. 10.1 Договору на закупівлю код 03220000-9 Овочі, фрукти та горіхи (капуста білоголова, морква свіжа, цибуля ріпчаста, буряк свіжий, яблука, огірки свіжі, помідори свіжі) від 14 серпня 2017р. № 29 сторони вирішили подовжити дію даного договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року - до 31.03.2018р.
