Керуючись ЗУ "Про ринок природного газу" №329-VIII від 09.04.2015 року, Правилами постачання природного газу, Постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг №2001 від 21.12.2018 року "Про встановлення тимчасових тарифів для АТ "УКРТРАНСГАЗ" на послуги транспортування природного газу для точок входу і точок виходу на перший рік другого регуляторного періоду, та визнання такими, що втратили чинність, деяких постанов НКРЕКП". У зв'язку з цим Сторони домовились, внести зміни до Договору на постачання природного газу №19-177 від 08.01.2019 року (далі - Договір) про таке: 1.У розділі III викласти пункт 3.1; 3.6. Договору в наступній редакції: "3.1 Розрахунки за поставлений Споживачеві газ здійснюються за цінами, що вільно встановлюються між Постачальником та Споживачем. Ціна газу становить 10064,57 грн. за 1000 куб.м., крім того ПДВ 2012,91 грн., всього з ПДВ -12077,48." "3.6. Загальна сума Договору зменшена на 1450,67 грн. та становить 505647,58 грн.(п'ятсот п'ять тисяч шістсот сорок сім грн. 58 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ. 2.Дія цієї додаткової угоди з 01.05.2019 р. до 31.12.2019р.
