У зв’язку з різкою зміною біржових котирувань ціни електричної енергії за даними ДП «Оператор ринку», сторони дійшли згоди щодо зміни ціни за одиницю товару з 01.09.2021 р., у бік збільшення на 42,18 % від попередньої ціни до здорожчання такого товару на ринку, без збільшення загальної вартості Договору, за рахунок зменшення обсягів закупівлі (кВт*год), згідно цінової довідки Харківської торгово-промислової палати від 18.08.2021 р. № 1911/21, якою підтверджується збільшення біржових показників: індексів BASE на РДН в ОЕС України за І декаду серпня 2021 р. відносно грудня 2020 року та січня, лютого, березня, квітня, травня, червня, липня 2021 р. (в цілому), в торговій зоні- ОЕС України згідно інформації ДП «Оператор ринку» по результатам торгів на РДН
