1. Керуючись ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного кодексу України, ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та відповідно до п. 22.1, п.22.2 абз.4. Договору № 122-20 від 28.12.2020, у зв’язку зі неповним виконанням Сторонами взятих на себе зобов’язань, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін дії договору до 15.07.2021 та строк виконання робіт до 15.07.2021.
2. У тексті Договору № 122-20 від 28.12.2020 дату «01.04.2021» замінити датою «15.07.2021» у всіх випадках.
3. Викласти Додаток № 2 до Договору (календарний графік виконання робіт) в новій редакції, що додається.
