1. Сторони домовились викласти пункт 1.3. до Договору поставки продуктів харчування № 4 від 15.02.2021 року в новій редакції:
Обсяг закупівлі складає 245,63 кг (двісті сорок шість кг 630 грам). Обсяги закупівлі можуть бути зменшені залежно від реальних фінансових видатків та реальних потреб Покупця.
2. Пункт 3.1. викласти в новій редакції, а саме: сума Договору становить 29126,22 грн. (двадцять дев'ять тисяч сто двадцять шість грн. 22 коп).
