Згідно п. 10.3 Договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти № МКЛ 11-166/2018 від 14 грудня 2018 року та чинного законодавства, дія договору може подовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного 2019 року.
У зв’язку із чим п. 10.1 розділу Х «Строк дії Договору» викласти у наступній редакції:
«Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє до 31 березня 2019 року, та до повного виконання Сторонами своїх обов’язків.»
