Керуючись пунктом 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника), а також відповідно до пункту 9.3 розділу 9 «Строк дії договору» та підпункту 1 пункту 10.5. розділу 10. «Інші умови» Договору № 43 від 18.02.2022 року про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти: Папір для друку А4/80 (ДК 021:2015:30190000-7 - Офісне устаткування та приладдя різне), (далі-Договір), Сторони уклали за взаємною згодою дану Додаткову угоду про наступне: зменшити ціну Договору на 78 060,00 грн. (сімдесят вісім тисяч шістдесят гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 13 010,00 грн.; ціна цього Договору становить: 31 224,00 грн. (тридцять одна тисяча двісті двадцять чотири гривні 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 5 204,00 грн. Кількість товару: 200 пачок.
