у зв’язку з набранням чинності окремих положень Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії від 13.04.2017 № 2019-VIII» з 10.12.2018 р. набирає чинності інший порядок постачання електроенергії, відповідно до якого оператору системи розподілу заборонено здійснювати діяльність із виробництва та/ або передачі, та/ або постачання електричної енергії. У зв'язку з цим Сторони домовились припинити дію договору 30.11.2018р. та відповідно у бік зменшення відкоригувати обсяги закупівлі
