При оформленні Додаткової угоди №3 (далі Угоди) від 03 квітня 2026 року до Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу №24/12/25-5ЕП від 24 грудня 2025 року, мною, Уповноваженою особою Відділу освіти Надлацької сільської ради, було допущено механічну помилку, а саме: замість правильної дати укладання Угоди "03 квітня 2026 р." було вказано дату "03 березня 2026 р.", що не відповідає дійсності. Дану Угоду було оприлюднено в системі PROZORRO 03 квітня 2026 року. У зв'язу із вищевикладеним, мною прийнято рішення про оприлюднення виправленої Угоди в системі PROZORRO повторно, а Угоду, оприлюднену 03 квітня 2026 року вважати неправильною та не брати до уваги.
